Our story

From online support to a growing clinical service

PromoteHealth began during the COVID-19 pandemic, when face-to-face appointments were limited but people still needed clear guidance and practical rehab support.

We started as an online-only service and quickly grew as more people trusted us with their recovery. As restrictions eased, we invested in the business and developed a fully equipped gym and treatment space while continuing to offer online support for people further afield.

That same mindset still drives us now: provide provide high-quality care, keep evolving, and make expert support more accessible.
